A bird shat on me while I was at the bus stop once.

Not too bad until you realise I was waiting on a bus to bring me to a formal ball.

And I was late. No time to go and change, so I had to wear the shirt I was planning on wearing the next day. It was horrendous.

I recently joined gaydar (don't know what I'm doing with my life!).

I don't have a picture up, but some guy I see everyday in college does. Another one or two I recognise are on it too.

Would anyone worry about other people seeing them?

    Hmmmm

Fight or let go and move on?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

The behaviour of some people is just nasty beyond belief. It undermines my belief in humanity.

    Options:

    1) On yer bike!
    2) This

Both are probably pointless, seen as you've already lost your wallet and bought a new pus ticket. Maybe next month, eh?

I rang Dublin bus. They did find a wallet on the route I was on but I've to ring back at 1pm cause they are not sure if it is mine.

    General humanity yes

Still deeply angry at certain people though

Thats lucky, I lost my wallet after I got flattened on a bus, found out my credit card had been used to buy a Mac.

However the idiot who brought it registered it under his apple account so they had his address and everything !!!!!!! :D

Got a wallet back two years ago after a month and a half where the venue forgot they'd ever had it and the company they gave it to forgot they had it, eventually my bank phoned me after said lost property company phoned *them*

Sum total of a fiver missing from it and none of the cards had been tried. Wonder who decided to swipe the fiver though.

I thought AH was improving on trans issues. Sadly I was wrong. My heart breaks fir trans people having to read a lot of the nonsense in AH today.

Agreed. Everytime someone deliberately referred to a trans person by their previous pronoun I actually cringed.

There's a good reason I ban myself from AH

I just spent the last hour reading through that thread in AH. Right now, I have no idea what to think. My brain actually stings. I'm trying to see it from both sides, but drawing serious blanks and I cannot think clearly about it.

I think it's time to go to bed and zone out with a bit of Football Manager on the iPad.

I gave up on AH. The populous can't seem to grasp certain concepts or argue civilly.

Somehow hung over and I only had 5 pints last night

Only 5 pints :P I'd want to die after a night like that and the hangover that follows. I'm a bit of a light weight though.

Meh the hangover is my fault, I didn't drink enough Coke/Water before I turned in for the night so I woke up a 5am all dehydrated with a huge headache

A few days ago at work, sitting for lunch with two female colleagues.
Not sure how this came up, but colleague one said to me: we need to find you a woman.
Me and colleague two (who knows I'm gay) started smiling and my casual, automatic answer was: ahm, wrong gender.
It took colleague one a few seconds to realise what I was saying, when she did she replied back: oh!!! OK then, we need to find you a man!!

Sometimes I love this country and its people very much!!!

Coke is a diuretic itself, isn't anywhere near as good as holding off a hangover as water is.

...admittedly, I'm saying that when I rely on Irn Bru to do the job, but still...
