I've got the 765T and when I enter those coordinates it directs me to a location just off the Swords Road. Not sure about the 760 but with the 765 you enter the coordinates as positive numbers and in a separate box enter E or W as required? I assume you have the coordinate entry format correct? HTH.

Changed the format and I got nearer to the location. Thank you.

Have a read of this: http://www.vantasks.ie/blog/how-to-use-gps-and-google-coordinates

Make sure the format is decimal degrees. E = anywhere east of Greenwich, West = West of Greenwich.

For latitude, the first coordinate, anything north of the equator is +ve, and anything south of the equator is -ve, so any place in Ireland will have a +ve latitude, and should be entered as N XX.XXXXXX.

For longitude, the second coordinate, anything west of Greenwich (0 degrees longitude) is -ve, and anything east of it is +ve, so any place in Ireland will have a -ve longitude, and should be entered as W YY.YYYYYY

    So your example would be N 53.416438, W 6.239991
