Ah Rory surely you realised when Evra got his assist you had used up all your luck for one night

. In fairness I couldnt see a way back for Arsenal when liverpool went two up another couple of mins without scoring and the arsenal crowd really would have got on their backs.

45 before bp's,despite the poor returns from a couple of players,I outscored all my main rivals & their players are unlikely to garner many bp's.

Felt sure RVP would tear Southampton a new one but United were shocking in the 2nd half & even so a miracle save & a wrongly offside goal denied him.

Well it had to end sometime.

After 12 Gameweeks in a row scoring 50+ I only scored 44 for the week.

I can't complain though, I moved from 1.2 million up to 169,000 since November!

53 after baps! Not great compared to some of the scores ive gotten recently but seems about the average around here for this week! Glad to have hit over 50 at least! Hopefully not too many red arrows! Thought Suarez was definitely due a couple of bps but just goes to show ya never can tell!

55 for the week and I'm happy enough with that. Bramble for Tomkins was a masterstroke, double Stoke was not. Whoever had Mata as captain over RVP I salute you. A farewell goal from Berba was nice too.

Finished on 56 points. This is my eleventh 50+ point scoring gameweek in succession which I'm really pleased about. I thought this week might be the week my run would end when Berba scored after I got rid last week and Gibbs went off injured, things weren't going my way. Thankfully the big guns delivered and O'Brien was denied a chance to come on with -1 when Ba appeared with a quick cameo. Now to figure out what to do with the Chelsea frontman ahead of the upcoming gameweek, hmm.

The 8 point hit actually worked out. Replaced Wilshire(5), Poldolski (2) and Snodgrass(4) for Mata (28), Benteke(5) and Marveaux(0 - sub)
Which after subtracting the points hit is a gain of 14 points. Actually if I hadn't taken the hit I would have benched Snodgrass and captained RVP which would have given me a total of 37 points. Would have been a brutal week

Delighted that the gamble paid off.
Ba is sure to get something against Newcastle. He will be out after that...

Finished on 54, mixture of red and green arrows. I've moved up slightly in the overall league so I'll consider that the start of my recovery! Annoyed Evra didn't get any bonus but what can you do. One of my defenders scored over 2 points and I can't remember the last time that happened so it's a result in my books.

Gibbs is injured now though which has messed around with my transfer for next week.

EDIT: FFS just saw Mata is now doubtful too. Unbelievable.

slipped outside the top 100 for the 1st time in a while. i assume i was screwed by Baines and Bale owners. i also paid the price for not having a City defender yet.

Right, finished on 62 for the week and inside the world top 500. Happy out! Was hoping for 2 cleanies and got 3 so a nice bonus. Zabaleta and Davies will be in my team for the season I think.

Bale, Mata, Walcott and Sturridge all doing the business.

Fcuk you Rafa. What's even worse is that Ba owners now have to stick with him in case he plays vs Newcastle :rolleyes:

2FTs to mull over but may just use one and go into the following week with two.

Superb use of a point hit, and a bit unlucky that Marveaux was injured.

Stunned you went with Mata as captain over RVP though...I think that will be a positive move 2/10 times given similar circumstances.

i would guess no.

Enrique will be first choice, with Johnson back to RB.

Enrique may play further forward against City this weekend as a defensive measure, but i think he'll be back to LB pretty regularly.

Liverpool have enough in the forward positions to not have to play him there, unlike earlier in the season.
