Ok im as confused a hell about the visa, ive never been to Canada just want to know if i get one am I no longer eligible for a second one

And due to being 2 year visas now we are only entitled to apply once UNLESS you are currently on your FIRST 1 year visa from the 2012 batch, then you are allowed apply for the 2 year visa and get a further 2 years in Can
