How long were you waiting for it rickyjb?
I ordered 30ml on thursday and got an email at 3pm Monday, saying it had shipped.
I'm hoping I get it tomorrow, also will you be letting it steep the whole seven days?
Can't wait to try this stuff!

It was shipped on Wednesday (ordered very late Tuesday night) and arrived on Monday so not too bad coming from england.

It's been steeping since I got it but I've tried a ml or two in a cartomiser. It's delicious. This juice plus a Boge XL cartomiser (no tank, currently in use for something else) and a Vamo at 10-10.5W is by far the nicest vape I've had. Mind you I only started before Christmas but still...

I'll probably leave it steep until next Monday, fill another small bottle and leave the lid off and cap the main 30 ml bottle. This way I can track what it's like after 7, 10, 14 days etc. So far it was nicer last night than it was Tuesday night. Need more willpower or there'll be none left by the time I get to 14 days:pac:

Arrived yesterday. The Apple is nice but the Liqua citrus is bleergh, will have to mix it up into my Liqua Cigar or throw away :D
i quite liked the liqua citrus when I tried it. was one of my favourite liqua juices

god knows what it'll be like mixed with cigar :)

The liqua citrus is horrible, really hurts the back of the throat and an acidic/chemical kind of taste.

Apple from the best shop is really nice on the other hand, quite subtle but definite flavour and lots of vapour from it.

At 5mg, vaping 5ml a day, 2 lt is about 20 years worth of nic
I bet your the one buying all the beer on holy thirsday :p
That was my plan Tommy, and if sum Bastar.d tries to tell me it will lose it's potency after 4 years, I'll, I'll aaarrrggghhh.
Don't wont to know, ignorance is bliss I say and I like a lot of bliss :)

Still going to buy some more, but going to leave that until the time and wrong decision is upon us, (and if by some miracle we are spared somewhat the nic won't go to waste, I'll make a soup out of it and give it to the wife ;)) might even go up as far as 8mg and give myself a treat in my aging years

Guys, on the grant custard, what does it taste like? Has anyone who had it, also tried wingnut's custard?

I only ask as I'm hearing all this praise for Grants custard, but I'm not convinced. I have some wingnut's here I can try, how does the flavour compare?

I loved the vanilla cart's from Jacvapour (still my favourite vape ever) and have never come across a bottled version anywhere near it or any way decent, tried the wingnuts vanilla custard and didn't like it at all. I have also been tempted to try Grant's vanilla (someone might send me a 3ml bottle to try, it's not that I mind trying it and being disappointed, I'll pay for juice and delivery, christ I have 3 boxes of juice I tried and not liked so one more ain't going to kill me) but then again I tried swedish fish after reading all the good reviews and hated it.

So the point I'm trying to make Jamie, what's nice to you is awful to someone else, no one can answer about whether the taste of any juice is good or bad only you.

    On the sweedish fish:

I got a bottle of it two weeks ago and it's horrible. I know somethings wrong, because I originally tried a 5ml sample I had sitting in press for a while and it was a beautiful taste explosion. I had the same issue with a bottle of orange ice cream as well, and it never came into its own. See here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=81154751

    On the grants custard:
Want to throw some money into a pot and I can divide up some 5ml bottles? maybe get another one or two people in on it. I've plenty of 5ml test bottles.

You know it makes sense Tommy, how much Nic you buying?
Mine arrived this morning, in 300ml plastic bottles, gone into the freezer, hope plastic bottles wont crack when frozen.

Don't know about stocking up on PG & VG, can't we get them easily enough here, I bought a 38ml bottle of VG from my supervalue & only cost €1.38 and with some Hazelnut flavour I have made up 10ml's and tasted fine, did add 1ml of tap water to thin it out a bit.

Grant's vanilla custard arrived this morning!

    IMG_0212.JPG

The letter says it has been steeped for 5 days already, so I stuck 15 drops in the Igo-L and 1ml in a fresh T3.

Thoughts so far, very muted custard flavour from the T3, great vapor production (50/50 mix) and you get a nice lingering vanilla aftertaste.

With the RBA, it's a much more intense flavour (as to be expected). A bit rich, not sickly though, the flavour comes and goes quick enough, just leaving a nice vanilla taste in the mouth.

I will leave it steep for another 3-5 days, use it in the dripper for a full day, and then make my full assessment of it.

My all day vape atm is wingnuts cookies and cream, which is delish, so it has a bit of work to do steeping wise, before it could replace that!

All in all, I'm guessing it was worth the money and I'll probably go ahead and order another 50mls. :D

How long is your PCC lasting before it needed charging? (first day of using it)
Mine only lasted about 9 hours at work last night, mind you was hitiing it pretty hard, but was expecting it to last a bit longer than that.
I don't know to be honest. Haven't run out yet. I charge every other day and I dont even know what's going to happen when the battery is dry:) but again I use just like I'd use an analog. 10-15 puffs and it goes back to the pcc. I dont wait until the battery on the cig itself run flat, I put it to charge whenever I dont vape so its kinda always topped up.

100ml 50mg a month from now on. 100 ml will last me 120 days making 6 to 8 mg juice. I'll top up the pg and vg as I go.
Nic in a vg or pg base won't freeze, it's antifreeze after all ;) and in a freezer it will keep for up to 5 years. Once I have a liter or two I'll stop. It will get used (or gifted if I quit) by then we will know for sure if we can import for personal use or if we have go underground.

Right, but what happens after 5 years(ish) does it just lose strength, which means you need to add more for the same effect, or is it totally useless and ineffective and ready for the bin? Can't seem to find any reference about Nic when it's passed it best.

The "going off" of nic is a decrease in strength.

There was some US vendor last year who was doing monthly tests on nic left in light, nic left in cupboard and nic left in freezer.

They stopped doing the tests after four months, but the nic left in light was the only one that took a real hit, decreasing monthly I think.
The nic in the freezer didn't go down at all, so let's say (devil's advocate) that the next month, the fifth month, it went down by 1mg. Every five months, losing 1mg. By the time it gets low enough for you to notice a decrease in strength (20% drop, say?) the liquid will be over 6 years old.
That's a worst-case hypothetical. All you'd have to do is increase the nic amount by 25% every 6 or so years (IF it goes down at all! If it doesn't, then you're still well within the boundaries of acceptable nic-dosage and you should be able to tell from the first hit if it's stronger than it needs to be).

Cheers Grind's I saw those test reports when Googleing Nic life, got the link from the ECF Forum.
So going to need a few more litre's before the smelly stuff hits the fan to allow for degrading.

Guys, just to make this a co-ordinated effort, I've started a new thread on the grants vanilla custard samples. Post your interest in there, and depending on the interest, the price should be about €5 (the majority of which is €2.40 for the repost and repackaging in Ireland.).

Put in an order on Thursday for 30ml of Grants Vanilla Custard, can't wit to try it, see what all the fuss is about! :) Says it's been shipped today so I might have it Wed/Thurs, then 7 long days of steeping :(

10ml of Pink Sot's Blu Spot, sounds like my kinda juice but sure we'll see!

And an Igo-L rebuildable dripping atomizer, with a nice SS SmokTek drip tip for it, same as below.

    DiscountVaperscom_igo-withhorn.jpg

Well I received the Igo-L today, surprise surprise, unexpected! Still waiting for the drip tip but that's coming from the States so I could be waiting a while!

Have to say it's a lovely bit of kit for €17.50 delivered from! Used the supplied wick and coil, put it together, came out at a nice 2Ω resistance, stuck it on the Vamo, fired in 15 drops of Cookies and Cream, took a few puffs, lovely stuff!!

Fabolous flavour from it, great vaper and good throat hit. :D
No contest from using the same juice in a 510 lr atomizer, boge carts or my T3's or vivi nova, only the VH Genesis comes close, but I find I get a crazy throat hit from that :o

where did u get the igo , can't find them in stock anywhere

    Picked it up HERE pal,
also got the "hourglass" driptip HERE, style F.

They were made for each other!

This is my go to setup, 18350 Vamo, Igo-L and Grant's Vanilla Custard.

    IMG_0222.JPG

I ordered an AGA T+ last week, should have it tomorrow, The DT will look savage on that too. Now do I get another one, or a SS ming?

    Decisions! :p

Yay, got the AGA today! Won't get a chance to play with it til this evening though.. sadface..

I like it on the eGo-C Twist better...

Just ordered a SS Vamo V2 today from thebestshop.eu and I was looking at ordering an AGA too so interesting to see it looks rather sexy.

But that drip tip mate... $4.99 for the tip and $10.00 for the shipping! I was going to buy one but whenever I see shipping totally more than the price of the product it goes against my code of honor to buy it. However... it does look mega sexy and I'm well jealous. >:-(

In fairness, it works out at just over €11 euro delivered to your door from the states! That's not too bad if you ask me, obviously, I bought one :P

For a smexy Stainless Steel drip tip, considering there are fugly ones selling for over $20 before p+p (see siam mods), the price is well worth it, especially when it's not in stock anywhere this side of the Atlantic!

Going by your logic, if it cost $1 and the shipping was $2.50, you wouldn't buy it! Madness I tell you! :D

Anyway, I'm going to buy another one, so if you want, we could pool up and halve the shipping, drop us a line if you're interested. :)

***T'would work out to around 8 or 9 yoyo's each, for the two, less for 3 or more, so if anyone else wants one, let me know and I'll stick it in the basket, should be ordering in the next couple of days with delivery then in around a week or so.

I find the drip tip great to use, as good as the ming style tips I've used.
I will be putting my order in on Sunday evening so, whoever want's one, send me a pm before then.

Sure, I find it great, lovely flavour, throat hit and vapor production out of it.

I took it apart and cleaned it first, let it dry and then made the coil using the mesh and wire that came with it.

    IMG_0249.JPG

I had it set up in 10mins, a good oxidisation of the wick, with four simple wraps around it and that's all. I got a great result with that, 2Ω resistance and no hot spots. :)
And I'm a complete novice at this stuff.

    IMG_0253.JPG

"she's wicking away quite the thing" ;)

It's not that hard tbh, it can go wrong, but there are plenty of threads online to help with any problems.

The draw is a little on the tight side, not a problem for me, I like it that way. But if you like an airy draw, you would need to drill out the airhole a bit. No other negatives I can think of really.

My day off was spent going back and forth between the AGA w/ Grants VC and the Igo-L w/ Wingnuts C&C, both amazing vapes. Both are major upgrades from the other juice delivery systems I have used (510 bridgeless dripping atty, boge carts, Kanger T2 T3 & T4, Vivi nova).

So ya, I'd recommend the AGA for anyone looking for an upgrade from those kinds of things and doesn't mind rebuilding. Great value for money as well!

An absolute shedload, a good 3 months worth, from HighBrow vapor with a touch of pipesauce from Purevapour thrown in for good measure to see what all the fuss is about. Expect lengthy, wordy, overblown reviews in the near future.
