Its a bit late in the day. This is on in the morning.

Just wondering has anyone heard if its still going ahead. I sent them an facebook message earlier but not reply.

Bad freeze already down here so it could be bad in the morning.

First race of the year....hoping to have closer crack at 40 mins but struggled second half to just over 41 mins .... Bit rusty!

Great race, accurate, well organised, piping hot soup (burned me tongue), tea, coffee, sambos afterwards. Great value too!

I second what Loughie said about the organisation of this race. The event began punctually and was very well marshalled. It was great to see over 600 participants this year. Weather conditions were perfect. Route is mostly flat with some gentle hills. Results were out promptly. Well done and thanks to everyone involved.

Just uploaded new set with 6 or so non chip wearers included. We got them off the manual sheets and the Ipad.

Cheers tang but you're being very generous, had a bit of a howler to be honest. Just not sharp at the moment, will hopefully have dramatic improvement over the next few weeks. Good race though, not exactly a "fast flat course" as advertised but nice route all the same, not a car on the road and lots of local support. No team prize though which was a bit disappointing as the roadrunner took one for the squad and ran even though he's not in shape.
