Is Zaha a left or right winger?

    Left I think.

Seen this video online. Warning there is some bad language in it. Its of Nasri and Chamakh walking to the match yesterday. Im not condoning the fans in this video but it beggars belief why Nasri would walk to the stadium to that match of all matches

Wow that sure makes me embarrased to support the same club as those muppets

Don't agree with that. We really need a good strong winger who can actually
    beat people.

If you look at our players on the wing. We are quite short.

Walcott = Good on the wing.

Ox = Good but needs more time.

Podolski = Being wasted on the wing and should be upfront.

    Gervinho = Well em... yeah

I think a big Physical player like Zaha is one of many players we need.

I don't disagree that we need a strong winger but is another inexperienced youngster really the answer?

TBF to Zaha hes played 121 games so isn't all that inexperienced for his age.
Ox has only played 89, 43 of which were in league one.

Some quotes from Phillipe Auclair at the AST meeting tonight:

On AW: "this may well be his last season at the club"

Will AW move upstairs? PA:"he will go go, with the current board members he won't stay"

"I don't trust anyone on the board"

"if your waiting for the big signing, it won't happen"

He also said that Arsene controls practically everything at the club from scouting to salaries and that it's too much for one person in the modern game. Meanwhile, Everton are supposed to be after Etienne Capoue, one of the highest rated DMs in Europe and exactly the type of player we need.

Just as many of us suspected.

Zaha ties in nicely to the current strategy of the club buying young British players.

I don't think it's a coincidence that the club has completely stagnated since Kroenke started his quest for control of the club (circa 2007).

Its funny that I remember at the time a lot of people thinking him wresting full control of the club would be a good thing in the long run (he was in a struggle with Usmanov for power iirc). More and more of me wishes he would divest his shareholding to someone with the necessary impetus to take the club forward. A less polite way of saying that would be that I wish he would **** off back to Missouri and drag Ivan the Terrible with him.

    Who is Phillipe Auclair?

Highly respected French journalist. He has a cracking biography of Titi called "Lonely at the Top".

If it's from that source I'd believe it. He doesn't beat around the bush.

Didn't Wenger himself say only last week that he controls the budget and decides what players we want. The point is uncontested.

If i met Nasri or RVP or adebyaor i would not call them a muppet or any stupid name under the sun but instead shake their hand and for a signature or a pic and have a nice friendly chat with them. maybe a bit of banter football wise but nothing immaure and stupid.

Back to the wing for him hopefully. With Giroud back in the middle.

If Walcott signs his new deal at 90,000 or a 100,000 grand a week he's going to have the fans on his back every time he messes up. Every fluffed shot, every blind alley, every bounce off his shins. The guy is gonna get the brunt of the fans frustration.

In other news QPR are gettin' sh1t done in the transfer window.

yeah but says a lot about the state of Arsenal today.

Bit of a wobble on the pitch, middle of a transfer window, apparently going backwards in terms of league position and he has no real news to talk about.

Wenger has told a reporter that he's looking to buy two new players which is oddly specific.

Still, that man is mixed message central.

Buy two players = Rosicky & Diaby back from injury.

He said were trying to sign 2 players and willing to spend big if needed

Also admitted the stadium took up all our finances but that's coming to an end

Come on wenger get them two players and give us hope

I used to love ArseBlog, but lately their quality has plummeted. Sometimes I read their player ratings and wonder what game they were watching.
