Zumba in Carlow

    Hi folks, just wondering if there are any zumba classes in Carlow on tuesday or wednsday nights and if anyone knows the cost?

    http://www.zumbacarlow.com should cover times and think it's 7 per class or 2 per week for 10 if I remember what my wife said correctly

    Lisa does those classes as far as I know, she has changed the Monday and Wednesday classes to the tower.

    Its €10 for the first class of the week and €5 for any additional classes in the week and every 6th class is free. A week is Monday to Monday.

    Lisa is really good and everyone goes at their own pace.
