What can I use to design these attachments?

    Can someone tell me what software is used to design something like the attached?

    It looks like something I could do in Keynote...

    Some, but not all of it you could do in Keynote. You'd really want to use Photoshop or Gimp for the most part to design the slides, then save them as pngs or PDFs (pdf better) and insert them into empty Keynote slides.

    i'm pretty sure illustrator would be used to make the info graphics then overlayed on an image / color of your choice probably at that point in photoshop

    pick one you like and amend as needed. ;)
