Problem with Golden Media remote

Hi there - I have a Golden media uni 9080 satellite box & the remote has stopped working meaning the box is locked on one channel and needs to be tuned manually at the box. It's not the remote batteries as it can power the box on and off and switch between TV/SAT but no other functions work. It's like there's a lock on all…

Just saw your post, perhaps you got this sorted already, but if not did you change the firmware on the box (or did it update automatically)? If so you need to be careful, there are different software versions for this box for two different remote controls.
