UPC Xbox Live Problem

    For those with UPC that are head scratching there connection! Rang UPC and apparently there's a problem Xbox.com and Xbox live.

    Here's hoping moderate nat will be fixed!

    Im on UPC and i've been having major connection problems for the last week or so, was on to them and they reckon there may be a faulty cable in the area, so basically they don't have a clue whats wrong.

    This still isn't fully sorted yet. Bit of buck passing between Microsoft and UPC as to whose to blame.

    Yup still not fixed, got disconnected last night and couldn't reconnect for an hour, i think it's UPC to blame i haven't heard any eircom lads having the same problem.

    hi, using eircom and having having severe problems with Multiplayer in the last two weeks. Nat is now set to Strict. Anybody know how to change to moderate NAT?

    It's open you want, not moderate. I will look for a YouTube vid for you about opening port on your router.

    I'm on my phone so not gonna bother posting a link. The guys name is "ric ngarley" and the vid your looking for is "best networking tutorial". It's about 15mins long and it shows how to get an open nat on both ps3 and 360. Just do exactly what he says, he walks you through the whole thing so you show be fine.

    thank you for the reply. Mine seems to work well sporadically. Been playing COD Modern Warfare 3 so maybe the issue is with their server.
