Chuck green's Xmas video message. Words fail me

Once again: Nobody is forcing you to watch the RANGERS CEO give a message.

And imo the only silly thing in the message is the dig at Dundee Utd and the governing bodies.

Worst part of the video: Charles Green's timing.
Best part of the video: Discovering Charles Green doesn't only wear grey.

Anyway Happy Christmas to everyone here, hope Santa brings you all plenty of shares in Rangers International Football Club plc :).

Nobody is forcing Dundee United to watch it, but they need to watch it to see the loony CEO of a fourth tier club having a pop at them in a Christmas message. So much for the season of goodwill.

The previous messages on this thread have all been about setting differences aside at this time of year and wishing everyone the best, but this loony continues to stoke the fires. He's dangerous.

Anyway, happy Christmas to all :D

    http://sport.stv.tv/football/clubs/rangers/207626-rangers-defender-lee-wallace-wins-appeal-against-annan-red-card/

Rangers defender Lee Wallace has won his appeal against his red card in the 3-0 win over Annan Athletic.
The left-back was sent off just short of the hour mark after referee Paul Robertson judged he had denied a clear goalscoring opportunity.
The Ibrox side appealed the decision and saw their claim upheld.
The SFA said: “Upon reviewing the incident, the match referee, Paul Robertson, stood by the awarding of a penalty kick but considered that the incident did not deny an obvious goalscoring opportunity.
“The Tribunal accepted this view and upheld the player reference, reducing the offence to a caution for Unsporting Behaviour (B1f – holding or pushing an opponent.).”
Wallace has played 21 times for Ally McCoist’s men this season, scoring four goals.

    Sensible decision from the Referee

Didn't see the incident but as an aside: if it's not a goalscoring opportunity it should not be a penalty. A penalty is a clear goalscoring opportunity so it's pretty unfair to award one for something like a trip at the corner of the box IMO.

Sorry your wrong a penalty is awarded for infringements inside the Penalty box. It doesn't need to be a goal scoring opportunity

Your still wrong for two reasons
1 Your opinion on when a penalty should be given is pretty pointless
2 Example. A player is at the edge of the box and has a player free to pick out. He is fouled before making the pass a penalty has to be awarded. There is a reason it is called a Penalty box

Are you just permanently raging with me? All I was doing was saying in my opinion it is a problem with the rules that a goal is basically handed to one team when, in most cases, the chance they were denied was nowhere near as clear cut as the one they are given. In fact in relation to that Wallace incident what I am saying would have been favourable to your team.

I don't know why I bothered trying to have a normal discussion with you though. As you were.

    PS. You're = "you are"

I am not permanently raging with you,but things like being a grammar Nazi certainly piss me off I am not going to bother my arse explaining to you why they get to me but a few folk on here know the reason.

I disagree with your opinion and I pointed out why if that is raging with you you shouldn't post on forums. Another example of you being wrong about fouls at the edge of the box is this. Guy at the edge of the box near the bye line has two players to get by he beats one and then beat the second before hitting a low shot from an acute angle under the keeper and into the net. In your scenario if he is fouled at the edge of the box near the bye line he gets a free kick in which a wall is put up making it very hard to score. Tell me how many goals do you see from free kicks in the box very few I would say

It was a PS. in my post for a reason. I wasn't using it as a means to belittle you or discredit your post, I was just letting you know because you made the mistake a few times so apparently weren't aware.

But as usual, every interaction with you is met with a hissy fit.

If this is how you react to someone politely offering a bit of help then there isn't much hope for you is there? You're making a far bigger deal out of it than I did.

Really! do I have to explain my problem to you someone I don't know from Adam.
    And if you think
    PS. You're=you are
is being polite then we have different definitions of good manners

Well I apologise for offending you, it wasn't my intention. On the bright side, now you've made a complete scene out of it it may stick in your mind in future. Perhaps you'll thank me later :)

Question do you have any idea how it feels to be dyslexic in even the mildest form.
I doubt very much you do so when people on the internet that moral compass and centre of intelligence we are on then you would no what comments like yours do to people I may not have very good grammatical skills but I would really hate to think I was so much better than someone because they have these skills and feel the need to rub the fact into someones face. But hey ho if pointing out where you were wrong on a footballing point makes you so upset maybe you should find something else to do with your time. Now I have no wish to discuss my personal life with you anymore so if you wish to discuss a football related manner fine if not find someone else to discuss personal issues

I will accept your apology of course I will but right away the whole "I am ot reading that pile of angst" does you no favours maybe you should and maybe just maybe you would think before being so patronising the next time

That's the thing though, I didn't try to patronise you at all in the first place. I could have made a big deal out of it and called you stupid for failing to grasp basic grammar, used it to discredit any legitimate point you may have been making or anything else that you always see on in the internet. Instead I addressed your post then quickly gave you a heads up on the error, without comment or criticism, because it's something a lot of people do who should no better. By the way I know many dyslexics who would not appreciate you trying to use that as a cop out.

As if this thread wasn't tedious enough we now have a whole page of us bickering about that. Funnily enough my first post was in favour of a Rangers player and not looking to start an argument at all. Oh well.

you know if this thread is so tedious why bother with it at all I don't reckon you would be missed in fact I am certain of it. Your first post wasn't really in favour after all you did say you hadn't seen the incident so how could you make a judgement of any kind

Some of the most successful people ever have been dyslexic, and many of them did without the great amount of support offered to young people these days. So my kids should manage ok but thanks for your concern bud :)

So fran sandanza spilling the beans on the advice he was given when he signed.

So who's advising the players not to bless themselves then? And why?

Or maybe Sandaza is in the huff because young boys are getting picked in front of him. I don't believe if it was said it was anyone officially connected with the club
