any good live music venues/pubs?

can anyone recommend a string of great live venues for an original band around the country?..venues that would have original band nights etc etc..i am in a band that has been playing around Dublin and now we want to branch out.. All suggestions are much appreciated.. Dan

I'll start this off with a few from the west

Crane Lane and Cyprus Avenue are good in Cork,
Roisin Dubh, The Factory Bar and Kellys in Galway,
Kearys in Loughrea,
Baker Place in Limerick
