hi all, what do ya think of her?

Honestly? Not much. Looks like its been in a crash and repaired as cheaply as possible. Sorry but you did ask.

My Jag. 4 litre Sovereign, stock, including the original radio/stereo, which are notorious for dying. The only addition is the towbar, sorry!

I personally like it. :) Not a bad car to start off with. I like how you done the sticker bomb as well. It makes it more unique. :) All you need is alloys. ;)

I'll be honest, I'd get banned if I gave my honest opinion. Even if the picture had a decent backdrop; in a field, side of road, local Lidl car park as opposed to where joyriders take stolen cars to be ragged and burned, I don't think it would look too shabby then. There is potential, but not from this picture

    At least loose those wheeltrims!!!!

    Thank you bubblewrap :D.

Yes i know the car could be made better with proper alloys etc but i am a student and this is all i can afford. A little bit at a time is all i can manage.

"renofan" i'm sure when i get to your age i will have a better car, but thanks for your input. :)

It's the little things: The arch liners, get some simoniz back to black. What looks like primer above the bumper, a rattle can will sort in no time. And, please, a decent backdrop!

She looks tidy, no dents. Keep it looking well :)

Rust out a panel or two and add a roof rack. People with German cars are mad for that stuff. :D

    Same laptop :) .

Love your 540i by the way. Only another 10-12 years before I can own one :P

Yeah Lenovo Z580 i7, 8GB memory, good enough to run all my BMW software.
I hate that mouse/touchpad thing though.

Thanks, why 10 years, these are worth nothing today. I am sure you can grab one for 1500 euros. Next week all those big engines are going to drop even more in value I think. 1800 euros tax, that hurts.

ok, i went and bought some car plan black trim wax today and here is the result, what do ya think? it has had three coats on it now, how much more will it need ?

Oops, I have the Y version. Exact same otherwise, yeah the trackpad is a bit sensitive alright, just get a cheap 10 euro mouse from Tesco or the like. Solved my problem.

Being only 18 with a crash limits my insurability. Along with not working at the moment :P

When you take the car for exactly what it is, a beater that you're trying to have fun with, then it definitely has the potential to be cool. :)
The front looks good but you could probably give the arches another go.

You should drop the car a bit and look for some suitable wheels.
    Something like these I think.
And I'm serious about a rusty panel and the roof rack, sure the rack'll be handy for your bike. :p

Eveything can be done on a budget. Basic second hand lowering springs can be got for very little, mine cost €40, the steelies I wouldn't say would cost to much either. Saving helps. :)

    Btw, I'm broke too. ;)

    LOL @ the tractor!

Wish I could have that many cars!
