    I've never heard of a "3 r 4 CPU"?
    What is it exactly?
Sorry but you have no chance of someone giving you free modern hardware, maybe there is a chance of someone donating something that is 6 or more years old.

    50 to 100 euro

So all you need is motherboard, cpu and case

You have a decent power supply, ddr3 ram, hard drive?
Do you need a dedicated graphics card or will on board do you?
What will you be using the pc for?

    Item|Price
    Intel Celeron G530 Box, LGA1155|€37.95
    ASRock H61M-S (B3), Sockel 1155, mATX|€40.22
    BitFenix Merc Beta|€32.07
    Shipping|€18.99
    Total|€129.23

It's only a real budget dual core cpu but that motherboard supports i3,i5 and i7 so you can upgrade later.

To get parts for less you would have to buy second hand.

List the brand and model of all the parts you have . I don't think you will get a good gaming cpu in your budget.

nforce is an old motherboard chipset from nvidia. If you mean geforce then what model is it?

    Is the ram ddr3?

Difficult to give advice with out all the facts.

    Item|Price
    BitFenix Merc Beta|€32.07
    Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 450W|€43.32
    4GB-Kit G-Skill PC3-10667U CL9|€16.93
    ASRock B75 Pro3, Sockel 1155, ATX|€67.19
    Intel Pentium G2120 Box, LGA1155|€82.21
    Shipping|€18.99
    Total|€260.71

Way over your budget, I added another 4gb of ram.
The Pentium G2120 is probably the best gaming cpu under €100.
A modern gaming system can't really be put together for less.
