Custom Made T-Shirts

I've got a drawing on a piece of paper that I'd like to be put onto a t-shirt. Obviously, I'd need the drawing to be done by a graphic designer and on a computer, and then put onto the t-shirt.

The image is of 3 people sitting at a computer in an office, and somebody standing at the door of the office. There is speech bubbles coming from 2 of the people.

Ideally, the image I'm looking for is for everything to be animated.

I've been searching google for places that might do this for me, but I've had no luck finding anywhere.

Any idea's of anywhere that may do this? Any online links to web pages would be great.
