My name is Aaron Boyse and I would like to know which supplement is best for Kettlebell Weightlifting.

Have been thinking of getting the Kinetica product.

Good diet, plenty of food, plenty of rest.

High protein, moderate carbs and moderate fats is imo a good place to start!

Ayrton boy, it depends on what you want the supplement to do?

    Hi Andrew,

I'd recommend skipping over to the health and fitness forum and looking at the Supplements thread there.

    Regards,

I wouldn't recommend supplements unless you plan to take them long-term, they're only temporary

What? This makes no sense. They're only temporary but you should only take them long-term.
