Iron / Steel dome frame

Hey, I'm looking at building a Steel / Iron dome frame, and looking for advice. Ideally it'd be about 3 foot in height and the center point and 4 foot or so in Diameter. Something along the lines of this ( obviously better ) Does anyboy have any recomendation on where, or how I could go about doing this?

Here are 3 videos that might help you out, if you going to build it with solid steal bar I would make up a gig to bend each section to the right curve.
