iphone 4 really slow

i have a iphone 4 and recently, in the past 2 weeks it has gotten really slow. everytime i open music it takes about 2 minutes to have the song names up and then it doesnt move very fast when your searching through the songs. messages also take ages to come up! anyone know how to fix this? also anyone know a fast way to…

also anyone know a fast way to get all the music off cloud and put it on the phone? i am sick of listening to the same songs over and over again!

Delete everything from the fast switch dock and then press the home and sleep button together until the Apple logo appears, then let go.

If this doesn't help then try restoring the software.

ok trying it now! just thinking is well the screen has become very unresponsive in general... could that be fixed?

screen has never been replaced and there is no scratches or anything on it!!
