Edit: Maybe Elgin City have never been on there to begin with, point is Rangers were on there, but as of 13th May last year that same team haven't played any games.

Or rather, both them and Elgin appear as clubs, however their "Match Log" is empty.
I have a suspicion this would be similar for any lower tier teams in any country.
