Here's a '60s garage track I came across while listening to a radio programme this afternoon that was playing music across a wide time range.
The Track: Take the Time, Be Yourself
The Band: The Bram Rigg Set
The Sound: '60s Garage (stomp)
The Year: 1966
Note: This band, from Connecticut USA, put out approximately three or four songs and then disappeared into thin air. I'm posting the track because it was played along side the Undertones, and has a similar sound, although The Bram Rigg Set is from an earlier time period.

I'm totally obsessed with Yann Tiersen at the moment, snapping up his albums as funds allow. Picked up 'Les Retrouvailles' in Tower last week and loving it - this track features Elizabeth Fraser.

And one from his 2010 album 'Dust Lane', I've had this album on several times since I picked it up a couple of weeks ago... took a couple of listens and now I flippin love every minute of it.
This track takes a couple of minutes to get going but worth the build.
