Is this the same lad who last year had every major sky game on hi def stream, but seems to have gone missing a lot this year?

No, not him, he was was some cranky kid who used to take his ball and walk off. Not seen him around in ages.

The original king of streaming :pac: im talking about, 'YES man'. He is from 'scandiland' and supports Spurs.

massive 3 points tonight up for grabs as far as im concerned.

just cause its a midweek game it kinda has taken the importance off it, but i think if we could get a win we could just kick on.

Taken the importance off it? How? Crazy talk. This is a huge game.

I think you're right but we're saying that a lot lately.

The unbeaten run is good for confidence but we really need to start winning games.

As a matter of interest when was the last time we were 8 unbeaten? Seems like an age ago. Or did it happen last year just before Xmas? Can't remember.

Daithijjj, do you know if you setup an american proxy to watch ESPN would it work ok? ESPN are playing it on their website for free in HD tonight. You obviously need an American IP address but I think a proxy would prob be too slow for streaming. Does anyone here use Hulu and what do you use to access it?

    Opr

Ive never needed to go that deep into it to get a good stream so i wouldnt know OPR. You can find the answers to those questions in the bowels of the forums though on Wi**wig. Tbh, i wouldnt bother going to that amount of trouble unless they were showing our games live in HD every week.

Fair enough. I've been using one of the pay services for ages now which haven't been working since last night so my first foray back into the free streams. tbh the pay ones are a millions miles ahead of the free streams even the really good ones like 'YES' so it's a little annoying.

Im sure you can dumb down the HD stream. You need a free VPN for this. Can anyone suggest one?

What speeds do those run at?.

Theres s**cast ones just as good now coming out of Russia and other places but you need decent 'pipe' that doesnt fluctuate, you need 3meg absolute minimum. They dont have English comms though.

We have a rotten record at Spurs in recent years. I'd take a point to be quite honest. Would be nice to keep the unbeaten run going.

Cheers. Hadnt heard of this particular candidate, Ill try him out tonight. Very much agreed on the cranky bloody kid. Were talking about the same guy.

Ever since he went to ground, Id been able to find great quality streams, but mostly foreign language commentary, but sure sometimes What You See Is What You Get.

I was using Starstreams. You have an option of I think the normal stream was 2.5mb and the HD was 4mb. The thing was it was just all so easy. You had every kick off with a channel number so you can flick from game to game. They also covered NBA/NFL etc. For the price of 7 quid a month it was well worth it just for how easy it made everything. Load of 24/7 channels. I dare anyone to use it for a month and then try go back to using the free streams.

That lad was hijacking someone else's business connection. It was a great stream but lots of them come and go over the years.

Yea, they are foreign comms mostly but its a case of watching the game or not watching the game. I dont know if he will be doing the game but its likely and should have Eng comms.

Whats the s*pcast channel Daithijjj ?

Edit I found this other crowd. Which lists as HQ cast for Spurs v Liverpool tonight. They say its free

Those are tidy speeds, not for everyone in this 3rd world country where internet service is concerned. Cant complain with the price though, id imagine 'customer service' is another thing altogether.

Im a scrooge, perfectly happy with free stuff :pac:. The problem with flash streams is the stability, the viewer turnover effects the buffering a lot i find. I go for s*pcast first and then look for a decent obscure flash with low viewer turnover.

Edit.....few dodgy 'crowds' out there, careful now.

I don't mind the foreign commentary really, they can be a lot less annoying than some of the English ones.

Absolutely, not really bothered by the foreign commentary, if it comes down to it, having a solid high def picture is 95% of the way there, & in the case of watching the game or not, its a no brainer. But having the english commentary too is kinda like the holy grail :)

Really is, especially the russian commentary... its especially muck

I find it very difficult to properly enjoy a match without English commentary, I feel detached from it or something. No matter how bad the commentary is in English its better than foreign/ no commentary*.

*Obviously totally different when at a game.

1-0 Coady , great ball to the back post from a short corner.

Total dive by Morgan. He should at least have left his foot there for a more convincing dive. Good start though.

Word is out, same team that started against Swansea for tonight.

Interesting battle between Johnson & Bale more worrying Downing v Lennon!
