new s3 ,but wont update to JB

    hi all,

    looking for some help from you guys, Its my 1st android phone, my phone wont update to 4.1.1 JB when I try update through phone via wifi , I have also tried an update through samsung kies via PC but its saying I have latest version!!
    Current firmware version : PDA:LH3 / PHONE:LH1 / CSC:LH1 (3IE)

    have you guys any idea why I cant update to JB.:confused:
    On my phone its reading 4.0.4 ? Ice cream sandwich !!
    I have done a Factory data reset,and then tried update over wifi and still wont update to JB.
    In samsung kies I have done (firmware upgrade and initialisation) ? no joy
    I purchased from 3 Ireland and I have not customised it at all.

    Three have disabled the update due to problems with the initial release. There working on it atm and should be available soon AFAIK.
