Does anyone know of a free way to send bulk sms within Ireland?

There are providers like Clickatell that allow you to do it via a HTTP or SOAP APIs. There are others but I can't remember the name. Do a search of the forum and you should find old threads on it.

Depending on how many you need to send ( < 300), you could try to use one of the scripts to connect to a standard provider like three, Vodafone and use an accounts webtext. There are php scripts out there to show you how to do this.

Sendgrid is reliable and has a free option that might be good enough for you.

I'm sure the OP probably got sorted.

    Bot account bumping the thread.
