    Best what? Fantastic cheater and a good cyclist.

    If he (his contemporaries too) didn't take drugs and he raced more than once a year maybe we could get to grips with the question.;) As is, he's little more than the latest in a long line of frauds.

    Can you do a search for all the others (only need the top 25 - can't have more than that in a poll)? Then you can do your own poll.

    Alas this one has so far attracted less than 4% of the interest that the Armstrong one has (and only just over 10% of the McQuaid one), so is arguably would well behind if there was a poll...
