    PSU is a bit on the craptastic side, this would do you better.

    I'd also look at the Bitfenix Merc Alpha or Beta case. A little more, but better built that a lot of budget cases.

    I'd also consider going for a H61 motherboard and G2120 processor. They're the same money and roughly the same performance - The Intel being better in many cases - but the Intel platform has a much better upgrade path. You can go all the way to a quad core 3470, which would absolutely blow the X4 out of the water.

    Fill this out as well, would help.
