I already have the serial key but I cant find where to download the home premium 64bit thanks.

Microsoft provide a free tool for downloading Windows and installing it from a DVD/USB.

You can find the instructions here.

You can also download the Windows 7 Home Premium x64 ISO file directly from Microsoft here.

Not really. Despite it's rather confusing name, you can't cant actually download anything using this, but can only use it to put an already downloaded ISO onto either a bootable USB stick or DVD.

You can also download the Windows 7 Home Premium x64 ISO file directly from Microsoft here.

Exactly, and then use the above mentioned tool to put it onto a suitable medium.
