Problems with Live RTE internet feed

Anyone else finding problems with RTE's live web output? Was trying to watch live football games lately on it, but there have been problems with sound delay and the system crashing continuously. I don't encounter these issues with TV3's live player or other live TV feeds, so I don't think it's a broadband speed issue.
