psp newb (best psp for emulation + how is this done???)

    Was trolling this forum and came across that psp's can be used to emulate different games ie sega snes and ps1 games?

    1)Which is the best psp for this?

    2)How is this done ie what programmes are needed and do you need to buy a chip to run them?

    I know nothing about this so don't be worried about talking down to me any
    help is greatly appreciated :)
