    Depends on experience in programming in general I suppose, plus experience in graphics, UI design, mobile development, audio software.....etc

    Hello,

    I am developing an app for my Nokia Lumia 710. I have found a page that deals with app development for Windows Phone 7. There is a good guide with code snippets that I found really useful during the start of the development.
