echo 4.2v battery

hi. I have the ego twist and usually have to set to around 4.2 so I was thinking of getting the echo 4.2 with the 510 thread. Do they run at a constant 4.2 or is it like the ego upgrade were it slowly drops voltage as the battery goes down. Thank you

The echo batteries are 4.2 starting voltage and drop down then under load, not a constant 4.2v
