No Channel4 + 1 on dreambox ?

    Hi All



    I have a DM500 and I can't seem to pick up Channel4 +1 for some reason. I have tried to rescan it a few times but can't seem to find the channel.



    Could anyone advise what I need to do to get the missing channel?

    Do you have a lot of channels with just numbers as the names? Try 8312 which might be C4+1. Otherwise try a manual scan on 10729, 22000 at 5/6.

    I noticed that Channel 4 can be "flakey" and if theres a problem with your dish it won't show up, same as Kerang!

    Thanx Clareman ...I done a manual scan of the transponder with the above numbers and hey presto about six Channel4 +1 appeared :)

    What the story with all the channels with numbers instead of names? I have a load of them :confused:

    I believe they are channels that aren't fully launched yet, for example when RTÉ2HD was being tested it was given a number, also, some "Red Button" channels will just be numbers along with some time shift channels.
