R4 card update

Our R4 card has stopped working and needs to be updated. Its version V1.4.3 and I have downloaded the appropriate update onto my desktop. I have tried just unzipping the update and putting it onto the T flash stick but its still not working. Is there somewhere specific the files are supposed to go? Thanks
