Just wondering if this has ever happened to you lads, I bet on Jan-Lennard Struff to hold his serve V Alexander Ward which he did. But I lost the bet apparently. This was with Ladbrokes, so naturally enough I contacted customer services and after a bit of a chat they looked it up for me and found out that it was indeed settled incorrectly and sent me my money. I wonder how often bookies screw something like that up. Godda say thou laddys customer care is always top notch.
