Meteorite Friday 21/9

Did anyone else see a meteorite passing over the north of the county last night at about 22.50 in an east-west direction. Im not so sure if many people did see it cos it was pretty chilly out at the time. At first i thought it was a firework because it was breaking into smaller and smaller bits in an ordered looking way.…

Did anyone else see a meteorite passing over the north of the county last night at about 22.50 in an east-west direction. At first i thought it was a firework because it was breaking into smaller and smaller bits in an ordered looking way. but the more i looked at it the more certain i was that it was actually a meteorite. anyone else see it or know someone who did?

was up in drogheda when i saw it and have to say i was very impressed. never seen anything like that before. none of the videos or photo's i've seen of it did it any justice. really was something to see.

I'm in Dublin and I saw that on friday night! I thought I was going mental and it was a group of jets or something.
