Anyone else, having trouble getting true to them. Logged an issue with them regarding a problem with my registration on friday. I tried to call them to follow up with it, as there had been no communication from them. Twice I got a message, saying all operators were busy, and was on hold for close to 10 minutes, each time. Tried calling them about 10 minutes ago. I got a message with their opening time which finished at 5:15. Well why did I get the message 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. Why have a close of a certain time if you are not actually open. I can't be the only one trying to get thru seems as I was put on hold.

The end of August to the End of September is the registry's busiest time of the year! So many students will be ringing/e-mailing to ask questions about registration. I wouldn't bank on getting a reply any time soon. It says on their page that all replies will be dealt with on a first come first served basis, so give it a few days.

Yes fair point. What I was wondering is was firstly why I was not able to leave a voice mail to leave my enquiry.

Second why they were out of office during official hours.
I have to register by thursday and I have no logon.
Even an automated response to my previous message would let me know it had been received.
