    So I'm starting common entry science this year :D hoping to do analytical in 2nd year! was just wondering how difficult is it to secure a place after common entry? thank you :)

    It won't be difficult at all, if you pass your exams and apply, you'll get in.

    It'll only be difficult if you want to do a biology course, you'll have to get one of the top marks in your year in biology.

    It says that there is 200 people doing it. Also we'll be in the Larkin Lecture Theatre which is MASSIVE :)

    Well I think there is about 120 in CES but your in with all the ppl who chose their specialization straight away so be about 200 in the lecture hall. It's really not hard to make friends though, and you'll get to know most people so you'll be fine :)
