Which do you think is worse though?

    A) That video shown above

    or

    B) This article from The Irish Catholic by Mary Kenny.

My feeling is that the article is worse.

    Wow. Just holy cow WOW.

Please, keep Mary on your side of the pond. We don't need our collective IQ lowered any more than it has been.

    Wow.

So Ryan is only smart when he's reading from a script.

Dick move of them honestly to run into the street and point a camera in his face. If what Ryan said was true, this interest group chose to deny invitations to sit and talk and instead pulled this publicity stunt.

Nothing wrong with them running alongside with the banners (I thought it was good use of free speech) but the whole part with them shoving in with the camera was not only stupid but it was pointless. Ryan had about the same reaction I do when I have customers that want to get into politics with me. I don't discuss my politics at work, my SOP is to nod and shake my head and be as neutral as possible no matter what annoyingly racist/inaccurate/hateful/naive tripe flies out of someone's mouth. I realise with Ryan, he's a politician and a VP nominee, but my point is most people would have reacted the same way he did.

Ryan wants to use a Labor Day parade to peddle his running for VP and trot out the family in Irish rugby shirts. Have they even set foot in the country?

    Expect a serious wtf? response.

Labor Day...should I spell it out?

As to his refusal to engage, utterly shameful...reminded me of Romney when asked by a guy in a wheelchair to have a conversation about if he would be arrested if he smoked weed to help his condition. The VP does NOT get to pick and choose when he is on or off duty.

The more I am seeing of Ryan the more of a dick I think he is.
