How do you set up a forum for St.Pats that is separate from the DCU one. Would there be any demand for it?

You need to submit a forum request here, where people can then +/- the idea. After a sufficient amount of time, the admins will read all the responses and make a final decision themselves on whether the forum would succeed or not.

Note that a forum request for a St Pat's forum has been rejected in the past but that does not mean it will be rejected again.
