theres another tune with the same sample at 1.53 on this track cant think of the name though any1 no it,, its slightly pitched up aswell but its the same sample for the whole track basically

Can someone tell me exactly what style of music it is and where i can find more of it?
It's hard trance mate, and you can find loads of the same sort of stuff, on the label this was released on. Which is called 'Time Unlimited' http://www.discogs.com/label/Time+Unlimited
Also, if you simply type hard trance and the year into youtube, you will get loads more where this came from, off different labels etc 0 -
