How can I reset a Garmin Zumo 550 to factory ?

Garmin Zumo was working fine until I purchased an updated micro SD card. After a few months it wont load any maps. Is there anyway I can reset the thing to the way I got it . It was purchased in 2007. Cheers.

AFAIK you press & hold the power & + buttons.
