Theres a few i used to use. Theres a simple one called A+ Screen Saver Creator, one called Fandango, not sure if thats available anymore. Flash Screen saver creator is also easy to use.

Great for making screensavers of images etc.
Has a host of plugins for viewing other stuff.
Freeware.
Is an essential piece of software.

Get it anyways, it's tiny.
