    Samed Yesil confirmed.
    Liverpool Football Club have today completed the signing of Samed Yesil from German club Bayer Leverkusen.

    The 18-year-old striker will bolster the club's youth ranks after passing a medical on Thursday.

    And he told Liverpoolfc.com: "The first thing is that I have to train and then in one or two years I hope, step by step, to be in the first team.

    "It is my dream to play for Liverpool and I will give my all."

    Yesil has scored 22 goals in 26 appearances for Germany at U16, U17 and U18 level.

    He was second top scorer in last summer's FIFA U17 World Cup after netting six goals in Mexico.

    My point was he will come in before the window closes, before we possibly sign a replacement. Try keep up ;)

    And nobody knows what we have accepted until West Ham or Liverpool announce it officially.

    Don't the see the big problem with a straight loan. We have 3 options really

    A) Sell him for whatever the highest bid is, looking at reported offers they are all terrible and not worth accepting
    B) Loan him out and hope he does well to gain an interest in him for a somewhat acceptable fee. Even if he does terrible it's not like it will make much difference at this stage. Only two clubs want him.
    C) Keep him and stick him on the bench. Hope he comes on and scores a few goals when to increase his value. If he does **** when he comes on we are back at square one.

    At least loaning him out gives a full season of football and saves £6m or so.

    To be fair from the viewpoint of Carroll playing well and improving his value then an Allardyce team is probably the best suited to him, bar Stoke!
