Transition Biology, HELP!!

Hello all, I am starting to teach Biology in Transition Year very soon and I have never done it before, does anybody have any ideas/websites/sugestions for me, it will be in blocks of 8 or 10 weeks. Any help GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks a lot
