is it possible to join a course having not applied for it in the CAO?

    i fear i have made a balls of my cao choices as i didnt really factor in the increase in points based on project maths therefore i fear i may fall short points requirements for my choices, i was wondering is there anyway to enter a course such as arts, considering i would have the nesscessary points and minimum requirements.
