Move single player save to a server

Hi, I am wondering is I can move my single player world to my server which I have just set up? I have put a lot of work into my single player save and dont want to start all over again. Thanks, Adam

Yep, just swap your single player world folder with the server world folder.

well you have to go to the server.yml file and change "world name=world" to the name of your save so "world name=*yoursingleplayersavename*, or alternativly you could rename your worlds folder name to "world"
