I'm a 3rd year myself and going into a house myself in september have you looked up the list for student houses. There is still a good few left empty houses or rooms left. You looking for a house with girls, lads or mixed?

Well if you were stuck, my landlord is looking for 2-3 more for the house. I could send you his number, it isn't a 5 star house but it does the job €300 depoist and €55 per week after that. I could also try to put the list of other houses up on this page here
