They are not from Great Britian, they are from Northern Ireland. So why would we call them British and not Irish?

This 'interested in" is a deflection. We started off with science. So lets be clear. Most people cant do mathematical science, in particular, because they are not intelligent enough to handle the maths. Right Duggy im back! As regards science I have no problem with most people being able to undertandstand advanced scientific principles. I think some scientists have the view that science is for scientists only. A view reminiscent of the times when priests daid the bible was only for priest to read and not lay people. Understanding the most advanced scientific principles wouldnt require a genius level of intellect imo.

As regards mathematical science I dont know why your singling that out. I have met mathematicians who despite putting in effort havent any aptitude towards chemistry or biochemistry. Its not alone in being an advanced science.

McIlroy considers himself to be a UK citizen. He's already declared for GB when golf makes its debut in the 2016 Olympics. Also listening to him during the week talk about Andy Murray its clear where his allegiance lies with him making constant reference to "we" and "our country".

There's nothing wrong with that, it wouldn't change my views on him. It doesn't mean he's not also an Irishman, but just an Irishman who embraces Northern Ireland's political identity.

The one thing that irks me about him slightly is that he did take full advantage of all the GUI grants available to him and he never gives any recognition to this. The GUI gave him great opportunities, his parents didn't have the money to fund his amateur career.

I dont understand why people think john terry is a bolox for cheating on his wife with his teamates girlfriend while people turn a blind eye to ryan giggs cheating on his wife with his brothers wife which is a lot worse imo

Oh indeed and I dont deny theres a huge demand for them. I just think If they need that amount of money to put in an effort then their not very good sportsmen. Some of the best athletes in the world dont get half of what footballers get and they train far harder than a lot of footballers.
