Attic Insulation- DIY

Hi folks, I'm looking to insulate my attic myself and was just wondering if anyone had any experience with this and maybe some advice on where to buy the insulation for the best price or even which is the best type of insulation to use. Thanks :)

it is about or just under 24euro per roll of insulation, it is precut under the plastic and very easy to lay, just have safety gear like goggles, mask and full suit like those painter suits, i did it myself last winter, made a difference to central heating bill, the old stuff had flattened a bit and shrunk from the edges, so now i am happy with my lot,
