Windows PowerShell for n00bs

Im a student IT intern for one of the worlds largest cpu manufactures ! Im learning lots and building loads of windows and linux server vm's etc ! My trainer says PowerShell is the future ! anybody recommend any good books for beginners !

Learn Windows PowerShell in a Month of Lunches by Don Jones

Don't use Powershell myself but I recall this book being mentioned on some forums (the title stuck with me for some reason).
